please help me!!!!!! i met theis absolutly perfect guy who comes in to where i work ( a cafe) on a regular basis ( every day) and i have developed feelings for him but just as i was begging to think thre was no chance with him he gave me his number over the counter wrapped up in a £5 and weve been texting eather other for about 3 days, the thing is i can flirt like crazy over the phone wheilst txting but in real life when ever i see him i go bright red and have to hide my face!!!!! im so embarresd about this can anyone give me advice on how to over come this fear??? thankies in advice

Miss trust agony auntI have this awful fear as well, its just so hard to overcome. You just have to be confident and pretend its like your in a dream or a fantasy where you are a confident person and can do anything. just believe in yourself, start with a smile and just relax and be yourself. It works wonders with me although it still doesn't stop me from being a tad embaressed a lot of the time. you just need to work with it :) Good luck
