Maybe look up ways to be a good lover but every female is different, as are men so the best bet is to date young ladies properly and get to know them personally or just like anything if you have various lovers you will either get on in that sense or you won't...

Some women will fake it to get a guy to stop or because they think it will make the guy happy. How can you tell?
