 i often curl my hair with straigteners get the straighteners at the top of a piece of hair not to much! and don't have it horizonal have it leaning to the left a lil lyk that \ get a hold of you straigteners and wrap your hair around the straigteners let them slide down your hair you'll get a decent curl lyk that if it made sense. If you don't get that just imagine wot a ringlet would look lyk a try to create one also mary kate and ashley hair curlers and phillips hair curlers are very good, and you can also get some from wilkensons get curling!!

 I am no hairdressing expert but if you want curly hair from straight hair then you need to set them in curlers/ rollers while your hair is wet and then dry them on a gentle heat (you can buy old-fashioned foam curlers quite cheaply at chemists etc). You can keep the curl with hair products like gel or hair spray/lacquer. However, don't worry about impressing your boyfriend too much as he obviously likes you already - just go out and have some fun!
