 hey, it all depends on how you know him. You dont need to be good at anything, just get into his social-circle somehow, coz unless you look like paris hilton he wont notice you until he meets you (I might be jumping to conclusions here, you might already know him). But just make yourself noticable. I admitt it would be hard with such an age gap. I mean, Im 18 and i find the idea of dating someone whos 20 unblieveable. But anyway, once he knows you, you have to go about making yourself seem more mature. (try not to wear pink around him too much and denim + white always helps), dont giggle with your friends, laugh properly, when hes around act like you're absorbed in your friends, (unless he has company, then try to absorb yourself in his friends). Make him see you around other guys as well. Ayway, I hope this was helpful
