How do I get my boyfriend to want to please me?

my boyfriend doesnt seem to care about how to please me, when he fingures me he does it cause he wants to. he wont do it if its just me that wants it.... cause i admit im to young to have sex and im sexually active its how i keep myself in controll with it...
