 Try with all your might to win her back explain you were being foolish and do not really know the real reason why maybe you dont many people cheat and when asked in therapy why? Some dont know the reason many things lust, attraction, attention,etc: many things could have caused you to stray thing is you know now it was wrong and are willing to put it right now.
You will have your work cut out especially if it was with the same girl because that will look more personal to her something was going on if you do have an attraction to this female you need to find ways to stop it so it does not come into your head you need to be focussing more on your wife now it is up to you now to begin the hard task of winning her back good luck.

reader, anonymous, writes (10 February 2009): She most definately is the best thing i had in my life. i dont know why i cheated in the first place and thats another thing she can't get over, because she doesnt know why. and i dont know so that makes her think im lying again and trying to keep something from her. and it makes it worse because the two times it happened it was with the same female.

She has been severely hurt enough to leave you not just once but twice and your both very young and i am thinking how long have you been married and your cheating on her?
This will be hard to convince her even though you say no sex took place i am thinking she feels differently about that statement!
If your madly in love with her why cheat?
If you want to win her back then you will have to do everything you can possibly think of and that means making the effort to reassure her this was a terrible mistake which will never be repeated ever! you have to show her by actions not just words that you mean what you say, be with her and show her you love and care for her by doing things help around the house, take her out, wine and dine her, buy her flowers every now and then spoil her like when you first met and keep that up till she is convinced your back to your old self again. It is a hard road to go down but the trust can be regained she can love you again you need to show her more than anything you want her and no other in your life ever. You make her feel she is the most precious thing you could ever have!
