Or just ask him to do what you want him to. The guiding hand thing works well. If you're still not sure, then maybe you should be brave and touch him first. He's sure to reciprocate if you do.xx

You could tell him things you're interested in trying, be it whatever you wish, and then tell him that you would wait for him to be ready for it; however you would be interested. It could be that he's shy or worried you may not like it. Reassure him that you would love whatever he does and it'll all go fine. For the first few months my boyfriend wouldn't even talk to me as he was so shy and embarrassed he would say the wrong thing. So just reassure him. And if that still doesn't work, try doing what you want to him first.
