 Theres nothing you can do to make them like you as you grow and develop more you will become more attractive and guys will start paying you more attention and then you might just wish they didnt. It miht seem like your the only one but your not not everyone has a bf or gf and at your age theres really no point the boys will be to immature, eventually you will have a bf and all the drama that comes with it and then you will be in here asking for help so for now just enjoy being a kid with no bills to pay and 100 yrs to live

reader, anonymous, writes (17 December 2009): You are not behind. I didn't have my first boyfriend until I was 18, and we weren't even in love. Got my "real" first boyfriend at 19. And there's plenty like me. You're not late at all, I would say on the contrary, you're friends are very early.

Slow down. There's nothing wrong with you. I didn't have my first kiss until I was 16. But at least I was with someone I really cared about. The point being, take your time and get to know yourself, and get to know guys. You'll find a guy you really like, and then you'll be happy. Take your time. There's no rush.
