writes:Ok well, Im 13 turning 14. Im in 7th grade, when I really should be in 8th but I went in school late. I have never had a real boyfriend. And when I do tell guys I like them, they don't like me back. My mom says its just because guys arent into girls yet. Yeah right... I want someone who treats me nice and stuff, so im not lonley. Im not ugly, and I don't get why I can't get a bf! Its impossible! And I dont want to have a bf from 7th grade including that Im older than all of them. But 8th graders, I might still be older than them. I would go for a ninth grader, but I just dont no how to do that. Help? Reply to this Question

Trust me, it'll happen :). I know guys can be dumb (I'm one of them, I know these things) and sometimes they don't respond how they should either. But you'll find one, just let them get to know you and everything. Flirting is always helpful I suppose also haha. You can message me if this advice was confusing at all or anything, but I hope it wasn't too bad. You sound like you're more mature than other guys your age, so they may just need some time.  Just don't rush it. its going to happen. Know that along with having a bf comes added pressures that you just might not be ready for. Like i said just be patient and it will happen, but don't settle for anyone just because you feel you should have a bf already.

Aw... don't worry, trust me you are not the only one going through this. In fact, I think that everyone at your age goes through this. Actually people of every age go through this! In fact, I was reading through my middle school journal the other day and when I was your age I was sad because a few of my friends had boyfriends and no one ever liked me. Just be patient, and be yourself. Don't come on too strong to the boys around you, and one day someone will take interest in you. Besides, I know you probably don't want to hear this but any boyfriend you are going to have at this age will probably not last very long! No offense, but it's true!
