You need to be healthy and let your body develop properly, so you have a strong beautiful body to take you through the rest of your life. My question back to you is why do you want one? because you see them in magazines? Darlin' most of those girls have their photos retouched and don't even actually look like that. Look around at real people, you rarely ever see girls with 6 pack abs. You don't need them, and having them isn't going to make you sexier, more attractive, healthier or happier. Develop a strong sense of self esteem and a healthy body, those are more important than tight abs.

There are exercises for the ab's, but to achieve what you are going for is overall loss of body fat. At your age, I do not recommend anything as extreme as what a body builder does because your body is changing. Also, you could really mess up your cycle. That said, here's some healthy things you could do that might help you achieve your goal: drink a lot of pure water to flush impurities from your system. Keep in mind that too much water could mess up your electolytes balance (kids have actually died from this in college hazings) and I don't know the metric system to give you guidance that you would understand. Here, in the US, if a girl weighed 125 pounds, I would suggest half of that, but in ounces (62 oz). The other thing to remember with protein intake is the female body cannot metabolize the quantities that males do. A lot of those protein shakes advertise 40mg! Holy cow! My friend is a marathoner and a physical trainer, and she tops out at 20mg a serving. So, your young developing body should probably not even go that high. Finally, as always, you need to get enough sleep, and do all those other healthy things that you already know about. It all works synergistically. No starving yourself, young lady! No becoming an exercise addict, either! Everything in moderation ... and good luck!

Diet plays a huge role in gaining a six pack. Eat heathily, and excersise regularly. I train quite a fair bit and i find protein shakes before and after workouts quite good, and no carborhydrates after 7 at night. If your going to eat late on make sure its more protein based.
Mail me if you need any further training tips.
All the best & good luck x

(smile) Well, you may not be able to "gain a six-pack" like you hope, because it is a hormone thing as well as body form. But girls can definitely improve their abs by exercizing the same way men do. Sit-ups and leg lifts. A lot of them. So many, you may become bored and burned out. But if you just want to stay in good shape and tone, you don't have to kill yourself for hours every day. Btw, a little "softness" around the edges is what most guys like in the opposite gender.
