What specifically has he done to you? Need more info to give you a better answer.
You just confront him in the flesh on how he treats you and see what his reaction is. Possibly even give him an ultimatum if he doesn't start treating you like a girlfriend instead of garbage. BUT if he doesn't care about you know, I highly doubt an ultimatum will work.
Looks like breakup is your only option if you want to be treated better. This guy doesn't sound like he's the boy for the job.
