How do I avoid being stuck in this town the rest of my life?

Question - (7 January 2010) 1 Answers - (Newest, 7 January 2010)
A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

Right now I'm in a situation I'm not too happy with- small town, alcoholic father, severely disabled brother, medical expenses, and not many friends for obvious reasons [can't bring them anywhere near the house!] Learning to drive is also a big problem due to these circumstances. But, there's a lot I want to do: I'm starting to get my health in better shape, I'm interested in free running, I'm a fairly good artist who would like to do something with tattooing or custom paint jobs, and I would really like to avoid taking the first job that comes along and being stuck in this town for the rest of my life. Does anyone have any advice, or suggestions on how I could get help getting where I want to be?

RAINORFIRE agony auntapply for a job someplace you wouldnt mind living, i dont kno where you are exept for the US somewhere but in the south east theres lots of jobs the weather is nice and its pretty close to the major fun zones Miami Atlantic city Atl Philly,

Clubs and bars and oh Theres COLLEGE are great places to meet people and make friends.

Dont run off to california thinking you will become a movie star but other then that sounds like you need to get out of that town, time to spread those wings.

If you leave leave prepared as mutch as possible whats stopping you from getting a license a road test is practically free getting a car to use is the biggest issue but for a few dollars im sure you can work that out.

i suggest going to college or the military while your young dont waste your youth youll be 30 with enough regrets to sink the Lusitania before you know it.

Good luck if you can keep us posted and let us kno how things go,
