 I was going to say test the water first, do a little flirting and see if she reciprocates. But as you say you want to win her in the shortest time possibe then your best way would be to just to go up to her and ask her if she fancies doing something one night then take it from there. You say she is attracted to you so at least the odds are in your favour of her saying yes.
