He told me he likes me, thinks am really pretty and he likes looking at me.He's going on holiday next week and am leaving work in september and he said when I leave work then we can go out. How do I act around him at work? I really like him. But I want to take things slow. But he's a guy and you can never know what they are thinking.

He sounds like a good, decent guy to me. The fact that he doesn't want to start seeing you until you leave work in September is a good sign. First it means he also wants to take things slowly. He is willing to wait several weeks before going out with you. Further, it also indicates that he doesn't want to create an uncomfortable situation at work.
I advise that in the meantime you act normally around him at work. Just act the same way you have been since you first met him. You admit you really like him, and the indications are that he's into you. Just take it slow, be yourself and see where things lead.

reader, anonymous, writes (25 July 2011): ughh, firstly, if he likes you then why would he say that you cant go out once you've stopped working there? and secondly, just act normally and remember that he knows you like him and he likes you too so you dont need to cover up your feelings :)
