He got charged on his account for $6 from this website and lied about were it came from, finally he admitted it, it was a live webcam site. He claims he hasn't been on there since before he met me.  he may be getting charged per month - an auto-pay kind of thing. He's just paying for porn... pathetic, really, but fellas - they'll do it. I know my guy has an account on some site - course, the difference is with me, I really don't care. He's still coming to me for the lovin' but he has backup tools if I'm out of town or at work or something.
I wouldn't call him a 'sex pervert", only because that suggests that there aren't millions of other fellas doing the exact same thing. He's not really any different, he's not unusually perverted. He's just a guy. Yes, a pathetic guy, and now that he knows it pisses you off, he'll probably drop the account.
I wouldn't be too harsh on him for this offense. If he's still loving (emotionally, physically) you all the time, you have a solid relationship that won't be challenged by these fake bimbos on webcams.

Unless he's addicted to it, it should be fine. If you're uncomfortable with it, voice it out to him. As for the charging, it probably depends on his subscription. Say if he has a monthly subscription he'll be charged monthly. You'll have to tell him to be careful about using his credit card online as there are many scams.
