 Physically you cant tell at all. Sex does not alter a man as it alters a woman. But you may be able to tell by attitude and inexperience. Best thing to do is ask! There should be total honesty between two people engaging in intimate relations.

 You can't really tell. In my experience a virgin would be a little nervous and not really sure about what he's doing... lots of fumbling around, if that makes sense !
