A male reader, TimmD United States +, writes (18 May 2010):

TimmD agony auntLack of general trust in people is one. Small comments about things on tv or movies involving domestic violence that would normally be nothing, but she shows a personal interest in. Being extremely quiet and closed off from things. Now wanting to go into detail about their past or previous relationships.

There are small things that can be picked up on, but nothing is 100%. Do you have any signs you'd like to run by us that are giving the impression of possible domestic abuse?
