Hi, yes there are alot of ways you can change your life in regards to your feeling scared. That's the first step to take, you don't want to feel this way. Ask yourself some questions:
Why am I scared?
What am I scared of?
Have I ever had a reason to be scared of this thing?
Has this thing ever hurt me?
Will this thing ever hurt me?
What can I do to not be scared of it?
Then begin taking those small steps to overcome the fear. Small steps mind you. You cut down a forest, one tree at a time so to speak.
Your questions may lead to other questions but that is good. Read books on fear, martial arts, confidence-building, self-hypnosis. There are many good resources out there. Google in "why am I so scared?" Make overcoming your fear your life's work and you will learn to tame it. Good luck, I know it can be done from my own personal experience.
