 You won't suddenly get too loose during sex. On the other hand, if you're too wet, just stop for a moment, wipe some of the excess away and continue. One of my exes used to get super wet too much, so we would try other positions or simply, wipe it a bit before we continue again.
As for 'tighter' other than what I mentioned above, try different positions. Eg: doggy style - instead of spreading your knees apart, keep them together (Ricemonster Approved!) ^_^. Try lying down sideways and have him penetrate you while he's standing behind you (not spooning). In the 'missionary' position, instead of spreading your legs apart, have them rest over his shoulders.

there are things you can buy from a sex shop to help if your getting to wet my girlfriend often gets to wet she just uses a bit of tissue to dry it a bit, if you haven't talked to him about it you should he may just be holding out untill you cum and as you said that you don't it may not be that he can't cum just that he holds back because he wants to please you. the main thing is to talk to him and be open about things he's doing right and wrong so he can get you there and he'll probably follow.
