this is quite common for women who feel they are degrading themselves enormously by enjoying being called derogitory names and being belittled during sex.the sex you have is your sex and yours to share and if you enjoy hearing your partner call you names like whore bitch slut or worse then tell him you love him doing that.your sex lives will go onto another level and greatly improve because your being honest with him through trust.be clear to let him know that this only applies to you leading up to the sex and shouldnt be used to disrepect you outside these boundaries.

 No it doesn't mean that he didn't enjoy it in the past, maybe he just feels more comfortable with you now so he is letting himself go a little. It could be a case that some girl in the past hated it so he probably tries to hide it now. Just bring it up in conversation and tell him how much you really enjoyed seeing him act like that, tell him it was a huge turn on for you. Simple as that.
