 When you are in the middle of lovemaking and you feel you are going to elaculate, and its to soon, withdraw and do some forplay or something, this will give your sperms a chance to calm down again.
Or another thing is to think of something that takes your mind off of ejaculating, like football, or basket ball or something, or whatever. By doing this effectively you are distracting your self from coming and can potentially last longer. Just don't tell your partner what you are thinking about lol.
