How can I make first-time sex for my girlfriend as painless as possible?

I am currently 17 and my girlfriend is 16. We have what you would call a pretty LONG distance relationship because she lives in Arizona and I live in North Carolina. However, as soon as I get a job and my first few paychecks I plan on taking a trip to see her and she really want's to... Do the job with me, to put it bluntly. However, I noticed i'm already two inches thicker than most guy's, but I am average length, 6 inches. I know it's hard for a virgin the first time and I don't think my thickness will make it any easier.
