writes: i really like this guy named brian who works in the grocery store in my town. he's only 18 and i'm 15. i know he notices me because my mom says he will look at me when i'm pretending to ignore him. also when i go by myself he will flirt. and when i have a guy friend with me he won't take his eyes off me. his sister, sarah, tells me 'it's so obvious that you two like each other. i don't get why you have to be idiots about it.' so what i need to know is how can i let him know that i am interested in dating him?

reader, anonymous, writes (18 February 2009): Why not rant on about men and women being equal and during the conversation say something like....." Oh yeah, what if I asked you out? What would you say about that. " Give him the chance to say yes he'd jump at the chance. If he said no then just tell him it would never happen anyway. Good Luck.
