hey! i have had a boyfriend for over 7 months and we are pretty strong but i have a big issue on not being able to trust him, i ave seen all the people he works with and i get paranoid if he doesnt txt me or works late! i need to stop feelin like this! what can i do???

kenny agony auntYou have got to stop these feelings of paranoia, otherwise you will risk pushing him further and further away and ultimately risk losing him.

From what you have said i am assuming he has never given you a reason for you not to trust him.

Relax abit and stop getting worried if he works late, or he does not text you. Maybe you should try raising your self esteem a little. try a Paul Mckenna relaxation cd for esteem and confidence, they are great and after you will feel confident and more positive in yourself.
