How can I knock that smirk of the cheeky mare's face so that he at least thinks I have moved on.

I split up with my ex over 2 years ago, and I still have major feelings for him but would never go back as he has done too much. We were together for years and had some fantastic times and many laughs. When he sees me out he is all over me and I have to stop myself from listening to his charm. I want to move forwards not backwards but I still think he thinks (and all his friends) that he can just click his fingers and I'll be back. How can I knock that smirk of the cheeky mare's face so that he at least thinks I have moved on. I wouldnt and couldnt go back, but his charm just takes over..... I hate him being so smug and sure! Grrrrrr.

Thank you aunts -

Yes you're right, his charms do win me over, and it's so sad that I let it.

Not anymore tho, I won't allow it.

I will smile, wave and stay away.

(aspirin between the legs....what does that mean????)

Ignore him, is all you can do really. When you see him out or whatever, don't let him come over and chat to you, just wave at him and go back chatting you your friends. Just act like he's not there!

I get the feeling that if he put his charm into overdrive you'd be willing to give it another try with him.

Just stop smiling whenever you see him, and keep an aspirin firmly between your knees at all times.
