Hello,
Does this guy know that you like him? First of all maybe you should try and make him notice you. Be friendly towards him, show him that you're a fun person to be around. If you catch his eye then smile at him before looking away. Maybe you and your friends could hang round with him and his friends at first so that you can see what his interests are. If you find out what his likes and dislikes are then you can start up a conversation with him. After a while if he still hasn't asked you out then maybe you could take him to one side and ask him out.

reader, anonymous, writes (6 May 2008): From my years of well dating i dated a girl for 1 year and 2 months and i think from my expierence is not to show off or do anything too special be yourself, if he likes you he will ask you out, but if he is shy tell one of his friends to pressure him or why dont you ask him out?
