stick ur face forward dont pull in ya should see a difference!

There was an artical in Mens Health a couple of years back now, and i have been doing this excercise ever since, and i must say it has worked for me.
Tilt your head back and stretch your bottom lip as far up your face as you can using your jaw muscles, like you are trying to reach your nose. I do three sets of 50 repetitions.
Also i tend to do this in the shower after a workout, reason being is you look silly doing this in front of people.

 I don't think so.. losing weight is a possibilty but not really in a short space of time. try and impove your posture.. keep your head up and facing forward.
Try practicing at home.
