cd206 agony auntYou could try telling her that the way diet pills work is by giving her chronic diarrhoea or you could tell her you wouldn't fancy her if she was any skinnier, that you find her perfect the way she is. All teenaged girls go through this at some stage. The thing to watch out for is whether theyre saying it just to get compliments about themselves or if it's the start of something more serious. Keep an eye on her for any unusual behaviour and don't feel like your telling tales if you raise any concerns about her eating or exercising habits with an adult.

Honey, i know how your girlfriend feels and its hard to just get over something like that. If she's insecure then then try and take her mind off it romantic meals, walks hand in hand or even just a hug. This will make her feel special and hopefully will take her mind off it.

Try and talk to your girlfriend, ask her why she feels this way, dont disagree with her that may make her feel worse just comfort her.

If these diet pills are neccisary to her then offer a compromise, maybe one every other day then later one every four days until she slowly gets used to not depending on them so much. Also, offer her other alternatives like running. She may not be heavy but if her mind is set that she is its very hard to feel differently.

I hope this has helped
