Everyone's different but personally it may sound boring but personally I find the good old missionary position does it for me. Making her feel like she is really gorgeous with compliments..not just during sex may help as well.

you can start by changing your attitude and relaxing. a woman's orgasm is related to her state of mind, and if she knows you're impatient that she's not climaxing, chances are it's never going to happen. take the pressure off of her to come, and stop thinking there's something you can do to "make" her come. you might be suprised.experiment with new positions. try you sitting up in bed with your back against the headboard and her on top of you semi-seated with her knees bent. this lets her have control over the speed, depth, etc. and it works for me :)
