How can I gain her trust again when I haven't done anything wrong?

we broken up a 1 month today and all i have done is think about her, we worked at the same place but i left 3 weeks ago now.

i broke up with her thing she was see a friend of hers it seemed she had more time for him than me. i didnt know what i was doing wrong. i found out she didnt like the way i was with other people the way i spoke to them men/girls or if i was talking to

any1 she would come up later and say what she want

i am a friendly person and i get on with all types of people, she started looking thoug my phone says who's this i hadnt txt them they were just in my contacts

now we have broken up i reget everything i miss her so much i read so many thing how people get there gf back why not me and all the rest out there she wants to be friends! friends i dont want to be friend i want her to be my partner how can i gain her trust again when i havent done anything wrong/

please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thanks for the info this has been helping me alot.

for a few days this wk she has been waking me up with a fone call and some txts in the afternoon as she worked nights for a few wks she told me she had a dream one day about my work mate and i were together i told her that that isnt going to happen nice girl but no anyway

i haven't txt or called her for few days now and yer its hard but she broke saturday she called me when i was at work i dont think she didnt like it that my work mate was in the background (this is a girl that she had the dream about) we were on the fone for 3 mins no more dont know why she called but i didnt find out now is sunday and iv got a few txt's from the ex she asked how im doing u know the normal stuff now she has just sent this even tho iv just said im ok this is it (are you ok anyway. How you been coping. You still wanna be friends. X x x x) that is what she just sent me well if im friends with her then she aging to think im all ok about the spilt yer well im not ok about the spilt so what do i say to that i dont want to be friends i want to be boyfriend/girlfriend partners. so any answers on what i can but????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

no she has'nt cheated on me. i speak to her mates to and they just say there all friends which i do belev,

Saturday night i went out she was calling me to find out where i was she was out to, she said to me that she got dressed up for me (im confused now) i receved a txt from a new work mate and she saw it over my shoulder that night not long after i turned ur anyway there was nothing in the txt it was basicly have fun this mate does know iv broken but no detail as if i told her i would be in the wrong for telling her anyway from my ex get the picture so she said saturday that she has been thinking and as she loves me so much she wonted to get bk but now iv got this txt she say's that i haven't changed what so not aloud mates number at all? so what do i change that i have mates number or i just get rid of my phone? please any clues!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
