i have a friend who got involved with the ex girlfriend of the guy that stole his girlfriend.as complicated as this is.i think he loves this girl.but now that other guy wants her back because they have child together.

instead of this girl telling the father of her baby to back.she says she doesnt want to push him away.but something tells me she is playing with my friend.she is even trying to get him to marry her.but he says he is not ready for all of that.how can i advice my friend?he is young and has his life ahead of him.

A reader, anonymous, writes (23 December 2008):

All You can do is be supportive and be there for him. Give advice only when he asks for it, and pick him up when he falls.

It's difficult to watch a friend go through a tough time. But he is lucky to have you there for him.

If you come on too strong against this relationship you may find he turns against you, so be tactful and kind when giving advice.

Good Luck
