I called him the second day and he didn't answer. Then four days later he writes on my facebook wall that he loves me. How can he love me when hes been ignoring me?

 I think you're reading way too much into this. Most guys don't need affirmation of love every single day; even the ones that do often pretend otherwise.
If there is anything more substantial to this, I see two possibilities. The first is that he's been really busy and does not have time for distractions, probably regarding his trailor. The other is that he was clingy with past girlfriends and scared them off; now he very carefully avoids paying too much attention to you, and is trying to compensate for the time he spent speaking every day.
