 I don't think she does it on purpose, they are probably close friends of her, don't take it personally. Next time you ask her out say to her do you fancy going to the cinema just the two of us. If she says yes then all well and good. But if she declines then she obviously has an issue about being alone with you.

 It all depends upon what type of girl she is.
Highly unlikely that "she does it on purpose".
She is not introvert; introverts don't act this way.
I guess that she has one big circle of close friends.
Unless you are a part of it, she will not go with you.
And if you tell her you love her, she may laugh it out.
I do understand how you feel, but there are such girls.
