My almost June Cleaver like wife befriended a young guy just like you. She asked for a hall pass to do you know what. I told her no and I was more concern for her safety. And I was; that was just too much to ask. Go on Facebook and befriend young SINGLE ladies in your area. Message them about music, sports, movies. After about a month casually bring up you never been laid. Bet you get lucky.

 Personally i would not advise paying for it, or lying about it.
I think that the best option is to just be honest, tell them that you have had little experience, i'm sure they will value your honesty.
When your with someone new just be yourself and take your time and enjoy the experience and take things one step at a time.
No one has all the answers as to what you should and should not do. You are the one having the experience, and only you will know what feels right.
I don't think necessarily all woman favour a man with experience, but rather a man who was himself, and not trying to be something he isen't.
