writes:I have been married for almost 10 years, we struggled with isssues of him abusing me and going to prison to my alcohol and drug use. In Jan of this year we ended up fighting and he kicked me out. I went to rehab only to come out and he was seeing another woman. He wont talk to me. He texed me a couple of times. We have a house together and he adopted my kids back in 2006. I'm not sure what to think... He has not filed divorce papers... Is it really over?

What is clear is that this is a very serious situation with a number of enormous issues to consider, and no one should have to face what you are right now without support. I think you need to write another question and just say everything you can think of, tell the story. I don't know if I can help you but someone might if you tell us a bit more.
