Well, I've heard some guys use lubricant but I never figured out for what. Maybe they rub the head and need the lube because they're circumcised, I don't know. But basically just getting hold of it and jerking it up and down should yeild the desired result.

ok dude this is one of the most simplest things a guy can do. now, it all depends on what your preference will be but basically if you still have ur foreskin you will tend to (once ur penis is erect) grab the upper half of your penis and move your hand up and down. if you are circumcised (like me) you will prefer masturbating by holding more of the shaft. the only other thing is using lube like vasoline. it makes it so much better and more enjoyable when you orgasm. ive had given handjobs to cut and uncut guys and this is how they like it( im bi ). really though its natural and you will develop your own style. so just flop him out and work it out.
