 Usually when people meet and get to know each other its supposed to come spontaneously and naturally, mainly a topic of conversation can flow if two people are interested or have the same knowledge of a particular subject. More couples meet in a work setting because they can talk about work etc. You can't force these things because sooner or later conversation will dry up, and then you may think there's nothing left to the whole relationship. Some people get to talk on line initially which makes it a bit easier to start off as it's not face to face. Wait and find a girl you like and I'm sure the rest will follow. Good Luck!
