writes:Hey all. It's mine and my fiance's first year anniversary today.. But i've woken myself up this morning by trapping a nerve in my back! I was dreaming i think.. And i stretched, but at the same time something i was dreaming made me flinch, so i kinda twisted whilst stretching, and i'm now in so much pain and it's ruining our day! I've tried a hot water bottle and massage but it's not seeming much better at all.. Does anyone have any tips?

Suprisingly sex actually helped to free the nerve! I have had a few trapped nerves in my neck before, doctor checked and all, apparently never nothing to really worry about unless it lasts more than a couple of days without easing up.. And it's fine now so not to worry! :)

 If you're in that much pain, it might be a really good idea to go get it checked out. Water bottles, a how shower, heating pads, and some pain reliever MAY help, but if you've pinched a nerve you may be in pain for awhile. Always best to get it checked out!
