look i know this is an old post but for the people who are reading this now and have the same question to ask this is my answer....ok so i am 12 years old but i have snogged over lots and lots of times, i first snogged when i was 8 in a game of spin the bottle with a couple of m8s and i didnt even know what the word snog meant until about 2 days before i played the game....so i snoged two diferent girls about 2 or 3 times each in that game and i played it a couple of times after that aswell but i will never forget my first snog! it was amazing and so easy! i was 8 and it all came naturally ( probably from watching people snog in movies) but it was simple and basically all i did was.......
tilt my head 1 side so i didnt touch noses
first kissed her (no tongue involved)
then when you feel comfortable CAREFULLY!!! open your mouth a bit wider and gently put your tongue in her mouth just for about 2 seconds and back out and if she does it to you straight after that means she wants tongue action
put your hands around her waist
breath through your nose
thats basically it!

 well since your a beginner you want to start off very slowww, well is your boyfriend a beginner also ? if he is then start off with a peck once ur comfortable with that u can begin long kissing by moving ur mouth around and exploring his lips then u can begin to makeout which tounge kissing

You can always just tell him that you want to kiss him. That would probably be the easiest way, and if he feels the same way, he'd probably be okay with kissing you, too!
Option two is a little more gutsy; just go for it! The truth is that kissing well, although a nice perk, is not where 90% of the excitement comes from. Most of it comes from kissing someone you really like or care about, so if you both care about each other, don't worry, the kiss will be good. Best of luck!
