 Maybe he is rather shy around your family? You didn't say whether your cousins are boys or girls? and their age group?Most guys will feel rather intimidated by boy cousins, maybe it's because they think they have a lot to live up to?Guys are also quite afraid of girls because we can be nasty. Does he feel like he is not quite good enough for you and so he stays quiet so as not to draw attention to himself?Older cousins will intimidate your guy, whereas younger ones will just annoy him. Talk to your boyfriend and try to understand his reasons.
