 Yes, you can absolutely get pregnant from this. You need to be using protection, from both pregnancy and STI's because both can be contracted like this.

even though i would say that it is unlikely you could still get pregnant from this. More so because he had already come. However if your lucky you might be ok. If i were you and i was worried i was going to get pregnant i would get the MAP (aka Morning After Pill) and next time use a condom or better still get the pill or injection.
