reader, anonymous, writes (12 June 2010): honey this isn't about his band, this is about him no loger wanting to be with you; his band is just an excuse. the fact that you are willing to travel with him and yet he still doesn't want you to go, just proves it. he proably just doesn't know how to tell you because he doesn't want to break your heart. He may still love you but he's not in love with you.
oh and that thing he won't be able to do if he takes you on the road is play the field and sleep with groupies. thats why he won't let you go with him. sorry i this all sounds harsh but its true.
to be completely sure you should ask him straight up to be honest with you. ask him if he's still in love with you or if he feels the same way he used to when you two first met.

 Go with him, you can help with the equipment, be a roady. Or is there some underlying reason he can't do this. People in love will move mountains to be together. There shouldnt be any excuses at all as to why he would want to leave you behind. But thats just my gut feeling. Good luck. Hope this helps.
