writes:Hello everyone, Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm very confused right now! So I've been dating this guy, we met through a mutual friend and things have been going well. He would constant text me, call me 'pet names' and compliment me. So we went on a proper date and it couldnt have gone better, we ate, we drank and we laughed. We ended up going back to mine, but didn't have sex as he proclaimed that he had too much respect for me. The next day we spend the whole day just lying in bed, cuddling, talking and laughing and even went out to dinner with each other. Later that evening, I text him, asking how he was and got no reply for three days until today, when out of the blue he texted me asking how I was and engaged in some conversation. Now Im really confused, as he suddenly just stopped communication and then started it again. Does he like me and where do I go from here?Thanks so much for all your help!

 It sounds like he does like you, but he may be playing games. There could be a million reasons why he went quiet for 3 days, maybe he is dating someone else as well, maybe he was trying to do the '3 day rule' game where after a date you dont get in touch for 3 days to keep her guessing (lame I know)....the list could go on and on.
So there is no point in wondering why he went quiet, there are too many possibilities.
What should you do next? Reply when he texts you (dont bother contacting him first anymore). See if he asks you out on a date again. If he doesnt ask you out within the next week or so try asking him out. If he avoids the question and is vauge then you have your answer - he is not that into you.
