writes:hey cupids!im just a bit confused and dunno what to do about this guy i likeso it all starts off with him telling me that he likes me / another girl and i also told him i liked him as well . it was really awkward and stuff until he started calling me babe and stuff (btw this is all happening on facebook) . then the day after he told me he wasnt wanting a girlfriend right now and so i asked him if it would ever happen and he said 'if i was looking for a girlfriend i'd allready be going out with you.' now before valentines and stuff like 3 of my friends are trying to get us together and im not sure what to do? like he flirts with this other girl alot but i asked her and she said she didnt like him so i was like pheww! but i need your help cupids this is a tricky one and i wouldnt mind some help. :)

 Sorry babes, I know your disappointed, but the aunts are right. This guy isn't trying hard enough to impress you and get you. When the right guy comes along, he won't be chatting to some other girl, he won't be able to do anything except stare at you.

But if he does really like you he will show you sighns (everybody knows what the sighns are if a boy likes a girl!)like a wink or even just a smile butif that does happen just wait the time will come when he will ask u to go out with him :)

It means that he wants to keep his options open (not just with that other girl, but potentially other girls you don't know and can't check up on.) While I understand why you are disappointed and you should be thankful he was honest and upfront with you.
I wouldn't hold out hope for this guy by checking up on his competitors. He's given you a clear sign that he has no intention of being commiting to you or probably anyone else. I would forget him and move on.
