Question - (15 July 2009) 1 Answers - (Newest, 16 July 2009)
A female United States age 30-35, *breiholz writes:

About a month ago i got really mad and broke up with my boyfriend. I didnt really mean it but i really hurt him. Since then we had been dating on and off again. He kept saying it didnt feel right anymore because i said i wanted to break up awhile ago. I know he is still hurt and he just needs to give it time but he wont. He finally ended it and weve stayed in contact since then. Im so confused now because he keeps telling me how pretty i am and how he wishes he could see me. Does he want to get back together? I love him with all my heart and this is killing me.

A female reader, anonymous, writes (16 July 2009):

If he is saying that he wants to see you then give him a chance! Plan to have lunch or dinner together and talk about it, openly and honestly, with him. Tell him how you feel and give him a chance to explain his feelings and actions. If you truly love him you will give him a chance to explain to you, however, he needs to be willing to talk about it and if he wants to get back together i'm sure it will come up in conversation.

Good Luck!
