I am 13 year old girl. This boy in my class has been flirting with me ever since school has started. The thing is, he is confusing because he's flirty and then he gets gross with me. I told my mom and the princible at my school what he has done to me and he got suspended for 3 days. He said he was sorry and he learned his lesson. But I guess he didn't learn his lesson. Today when I was getting a pen from my teacher's desk he comes up behind me and touches my bum. he rubbed it for like a sec then ran away. he has already touched my inapropriatly before and he said he wouldent again. I'm scared. What do i do?

If all the school can do is suspend him for three days and as a result he comes back and continues from where he left off then as far as I can see it you have one option left.

To me it is obvious and I am surprised that none of the previous posters havent mentioned this to you before.

GO TO THE POLICE and file an official complaint against him. For sexual harrasment of this kind it wouldn't be difficult to get an injunction against him which would false him away from your school on a more permanent basis.

If you feel you would like to warn him one more time that is up to you but in your shoes I wouldn't.

I would take action now.

A reader, anonymous, writes (23 January 2008):

Tell him to leave you alone. Tell him that he's making you feeling really uncomfortable.

If that doesn't work do the same as last time - tell your mum/ the principle.

Don't suffer in silence. You won't change anything if you don't do anything. x x x

Even if you are afraid of this guy - don't let him know that! Go to your parents/teachers again and report him! He can't keep doing this to you. I mean if you were alone with him - god knows what me might do and I don't want to frighten you either by saying that!! Its only for your own good!

If you don't get any joy from your school, go to the police, and get them to give him a warning/caution. Show him that you mean business and that you won't take any more of his gross conduct!

Best of luck with this and hope it works out ok :)
