My ex husband was 15 years older than me... It didn't bother me AT ALL. I would have stayed with him forever, except he didn't treat me well.
Where there is LOVE...age doesn't matter.... you are BOTH adults.

 As long as you are both of legal age, and that the relationship would be based on mutual affection and respect, and not to fill some emotionally dysfunctional void on either of your parts, why not just go out with him?
