writes:I know this guy who hates himself because he isnt of the female gender. He is always saying this and I have no idea how to respond to this. He is straight which makes this even weirder. He has practically no confidence either so this could be a contributing factor but I still have no idea how to respond to this. Help please.

 Hi Hunny this is a little to close to my heart as Ive been through this with my ex husband he hated himself but also hated women for having something he couldnt have or wouldnt even try getting help for...And this caused alot of abuse..Your friend needs to look for advise lines to help him and for like minded people to talk to, If he is serious about wanting this then he could get intouch with a sex change facility to talk and they would advise him the best way to go about things...This is all you can advise him love, He can go on hating himself for not being what he wishes but he can also get help to do something about it..TAKE CARE HUNNY WITH LOVE MANDY XXXXXXXXXXXXX
