However, I know that I have had trouble ejaculating with certain women and I think it has to do with how things "fit." More specifically, and it has nothing to do with tightness, but just that some vaginas rub differently on my penis. With some women it's hard to ejaculate becuase there's not enough stimulation vaginally, while others it seems I can hardly last because it feels so good. Again, it has nothing to do with being tight or anything like that, I think vaginas just curve a little differently, or some are deeper, etc.

Honestly, my first guess would be anxeity over pregnancy. Even when it's irrational, some people's stress will prevent them from pleasure. It's nearly impossible to say based on the info though. If he has never been able to do it really, then it's possible that's just how he is. Some guys do have trouble reaching orgasm through sex.
