He sort of flirts with me and my friend who sits infront of me told me to ask him out cause she says he is tottally flirting with me... My socail studies teacher over heard my friend talking to me on the way out of class and I think told the guy who keeps flirting with me.... Now I don't know what to do! Please help me!

reader, anonymous, writes (25 April 2009): If you like him and you want to do something with him after school - you could say to him --- what do you like to do for fun, or otherwise, flirt back and make him feel safe where he can ask you.I know I was really shy/afraid of girls at that age --- and though I liked somebody I was painfully shy. The fact that he is flirting tells me is not. I would lean toward just making him know you are "safe" to be asked.Good luck.
